This Lift the dot tool has been trailed and tested and finally its on the market. The lift the dot tool is designed to be struck with a hammer to punch a hole in many fabric materials to make fitting a lift the dot socket and washer a simple task

A little tip I use : Most people use a block of wood under the canvas when using similar tools. That can work fine, but also grab a magazine, something similar to a TV times and place it between the block of wood and the canvas then give the hammer a go. I think you will be impressed. 

This Lift the Dot tool is to be used only with Lift the dot sockets. Will not fit turnbuttons
